At Marjooram.com, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with every purchase. If you need to return, exchange, or request a refund for any product, we aim to make the process as smooth as possible.

If any product does not meet the quality standards you expect, you may return or exchange it under the terms below:

General Conditions


If Marjooram.com is unable to supply the product, a period of 7–10 days from the date of authorization must be allowed for processing.

Products that arrive damaged, defective, or non-usable will be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Products lost during delivery will be refunded or replaced.

For promotional bundle offers (e.g., “Buy 1 Get 1 Free”), all items included in the promotion must be returned.

Refunds will be issued only after the returned item is received and has passed quality inspection. This process usually takes 4–5 days, followed by 2 business days to issue the refund. The refunded amount may appear on your bank statement in the next billing cycle.

Delivery charges will be refunded only if the received product is faulty/damaged and the entire order is returned. If you choose to keep part of the order, delivery charges for kept items will not be refunded.

All returned products must be in their original packaging, with inner packaging intact. Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted without proper packaging.

A 7-day money-back guarantee applies if you change your mind, provided the product is unused, in new and resellable condition, and all seals are intact. Delivery charges, transaction fees, and courier collection fees will be deducted

Food & Pet Supplies Return Policy

Perishable Goods

(e.g., fresh food, chilled items, fresh meat, dairy, fresh pet food)

Must be returned within 24 hours.

Items must be unopened, kept at the correct temperature, and in the same condition received.

Non-Perishable Goods

(e.g., canned food, dry food, cleaning products, dry pet supplies)

Can be returned within 7 days.

Items must be unopened and unused.


Courier Delivered Orders

If your order was delivered by courier, we can arrange a pickup for return.

Please ensure the items are securely packaged in the same condition as received.

  • Change of Mind Returns
  • Return charges apply once the product has been shipped.
  • Delivery fees are not refundable unless the entire order is returned due to a faulty item.
